Troy McClure and Lionel Hutz were to of the funniest Simpsons characters ever. Lionel has been fetured on 49 episodes and Troy has been on many himself. As we all know Phil Hartman supplied the voices for both of these characters. Phil was a great man and it is a very sad thing that happened to such a funny man. What I think you should do is let Phil Hartman keep making people laugh in years to come with an action figure. You could even put "In Memory of Phil Hartman" on the card. No matter what no world of Spingfeild would be complete with out him. Many agree with what I'm saying and here are the names to prove it.
