Plea to Initiate Quo Warranto Proceedings on Barack Obama

Whereas thousands, if not millions, of Americans across the fruited plain are distressed that our country is financially and otherwise being taken in directions hereto unknown

Whereas thousands, if not millions, of Americans are increasingly troubled that Barack Obama may not have fulfilled the constitutional requirement for president under Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, that of being a natural born U.S. citizen

Whereas thousands, if not millions, of Americans are coming to believe that Mr. Obama is indeed not a natural born citizen as evidenced by school documents from Indonesia and numerous political connections to Kenyan government officials, among other items

Whereas Mr. Obamas Fight the Smears website claims that he was a British citizen at birth, a seemingly accurate admission given that Kenya was under British rule at the time he was born in 1961

Whereas thousands, if not millions, of Americans view Mr. Obamas actions like bowing to a Saudi ruler and failing to cross his hands over his heart during the playing of the national anthem as gestures symbolic to those of a foreign citizen and not of an American

Whereas Mr. Obama stated last year to a crowd of German citizens that he is a citizen of the world, a subtle message that tacitly identifies ones fealties as perhaps not in the best interests of the United States, if at all

Whereas Mr. Obama has made plans to release terrorists held at Guantanamo Bay to the general American population, a move that not only is in conflict with genuine U.S. security interests but possibly aids and abets foreign nations hostile to American values

Whereas countless calls, letters, faxes, e-mails, etc. requesting Mr. Obama to produce items that demonstrate U.S. citizenship, such as a vault copy of a birth certificate, college transcripts or medical records, have gone unanswered

Whereas the alleged birth certificate posted by Mr. Obamas staff on the Fight the Smears site has been documented by many experts as fraudulent or bogus since the posted document is not an authentic certificate of live birth with a visibly embossed seal

Whereas growing numbers of Congressmen, senators, governors, attorney generals and state lawmakers are fielding calls and other queries from their constituents as to Mr. Obamas citizenship credentials (or lack thereof)

Whereas numerous lawsuits continue to be filed in various courts across the country, demanding Mr. Obama publicly document his constitutional qualifications to be president

Whereas state lawmakers in Tennessee, Missouri and New Hampshire (as of the time of drafting this petition) have joined in these suits as they have a right to know whether any executive orders and/or legislation signed by Mr. Obama are enforceable in their states

Whereas numerous active and retired members of the U.S. armed forces are, in light of the legal wrangling concerning Mr. Obamas citizenship, questioning whether they are constitutionally required to obey any commands issued by their commander in chief

Whereas no court to this date has ever addressed the merits of any of the lawsuits against Mr. Obamas alleged lack of eligibility, notwithstanding the dismissals of most of these cases due to lack of standing or jurisdiction

Whereas any laws signed or orders given by Mr. Obama potentially threaten national security if they are found to be executed by someone who may and did not have Americas supreme interests in heart and mind

Whereas the damage done to our constitutional infrastructure would be potentially irreparable if conclusive evidence shows that Mr. Obama is not a natural born citizen and he continues to serve as president under such a condition

Whereas the longer it takes for this case to be judged on its merits, the increasing irreparable harm potentially occurs to all American citizens and every facet of their being

Whereas the longer it takes for this unprecedented matter to be heard and adjudicated, should Mr. Obama be found disqualified from holding the office of the presidency, the longer it will take to rescind and undo all laws signed, executive orders given and appointments made as such will likely be enjoined since an unauthorized individual would have executed all those actions to that point

Whereas Congresss failure and/or neglect to address this crisis threatens the integrity of our legislative infrastructure since members of Congress are ignoring and/or dismissing the concerns of their constituents they represent and who pay their salaries

Whereas unrest will continue to fester and grow across the country if the issue of Mr. Obamas eligibility is not addressed by those officials authorized to inquire and examine his credentials

Whereas lawlessness may arise in our cities and states from people who believe they have no basis to obey any directives or laws signed by Mr. Obama if he is deemed by them to be constitutionally ineligible and our courts fail to address the merits of these lawsuits

Whereas the issue of constitutional eligibility of a president is a first of its kind for America and addressing it is a necessity to protect the interests of the American people now as well as for future officeholders

Whereas the 1st Amendment permits the American people to peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Whereas untold numbers of Americans are experiencing aggrievement as a result of the uncertainty surrounding Mr. Obama and his alleged lack of constitutional credentials, thus warranting some form of remedy

Whereas Jeffrey Taylor is the current U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia and is authorized under DC Statute 16-3501 to initiate a quo warranto against Barack Obama, should he deem appropriate to do so

Whereas the District of Columbia is the sole setting and jurisdiction under the above statute to bring quo warranto status against any official or falsely serving official representing or claiming to represent the United States government.

And whereas failure to take appropriate measures to conduct an investigation as to the legitimacy of Mr. Obamas credentials could well lead us towards an constitutionalless society

Therefore the undersigned prays that Mr. Taylor will exercise his authority under the above statute, convene a jury for trial of the facts pertaining to the constitutional eligibility qualifications of Barack Obama (or lack thereof), report back to the American people in timely fashion with their findings and take all necessary actions to that end.
