Australia has been known time and again been proven as poor losers. They have time and again resorted to unfair practices in order to win. If the umpires are unbiased then the result is worth watching despite the unfair efforts by the Australians.
We the undersigned wish to bring to your notice that the 2nd Test: Australia v India at Sydney, Jan 2-6, 2008 has seen too much of umpire error to be overlooked. The umpires Steve Bucknor and Mark Benson have made errors on multiple occasions.
The umpires, Mark Benson and Steve Bucknor, did not hear what Harbhajan said, but still charged Harbhajan with a level III offence after a complaint from Australian management.
The incidents of the same can be found in all the newspapers, some of the links are below for your ready referral

The commentators could clearly be seen voicing their anger against the same (including but not limiting to call this an imperfect test and poor and biased umpiring)
We the undersigned have decided not to take these incidents lying down. If the much justified action against the two erring umpires is not taken then we decide that we will boycott the matches against Australia. If you decide not to take action against the umpires then we would like to know the reason for the same.
Since BCCI has not taken the matter up officially we the undersigned wish to take the matter up to the ICC so that its clear that we cannot take things which are unfair.
We also will withdraw the petition if BCCI decides to take this matter up officially.
