Please put subtitles/captions in EFT videos / DVDs

I have asked www.emofree.com few times to put "subtitles" or "captions" for all deaf viewers but the response says they do not put feature at this time.
This means millions of deaf viewers over the world cannot access to watch or learn about EFT. Deaf viewers need to see visual and how to do it visual. At the moment, hearing viewers have more access to the information (via radio or TV without subtitles, hear from other people, etc) that deaf viewers cannot.
I did asked them last year but was told that they cannot afford to go through all EFT videos or DVDs and put on subtitles. This year is the same.
They also says that they will not put different languages (subtitles) in the video or DVDs.
I create this petition to ask people to sign, to help hearing and deaf viewers to have equal access to the same information.
