Pokemon MagmaRed 0 Dense

I love Pokemon MagmaRed. Its my favorite game on BYOND. But I hate only one thing... Too many people have 0 density. I've been playing about 4-5 months, and about a month or two ago I got my 0 dense. I think thats a good time. Now on the other hand, these newbies come and say "I wanna walk thru walls" and bam, they get 0 dense and they barge into peoples houses and spam, annoy them, ect. I think that Newbies shouldn't have 0 dense, but more "senior" players should.
