We petition the Congress of the United States to pass, and the United States themselves to ratify, the following amendment to the Constitution, casually known as "The Pork Amendment":
No member of Congress shall propose or vote in the affirmative for any bill or legislation that will in any part create federal spending of any type specific to his or her area of jurisdiction.
