Possible CEVO 1.3 Division

CEVO, one of counter-strike's most respectable online leagues, is considering to begin a new division. This is a CS 1.3 Division. The only way this could be possible, of course, if plenty of teams were to sign up to pay to play. ( $5 a player). We personally talked to the people at CEVO. They are willing to do this, if enough of you are.
