First of all, Please accept my sincerest Thanks for doing an excellent job leading your nation in an effective way to ensure survival and prosperity of the entire global economy through the survival and prosperity of your own nation amidst the turmoil in global economy. Ultimately we all are ONE Family covering the entire globe and we stand to benefit together as a Family !

Although it may sound very controversial and impossible in current state of affairs, I suggest we need to form a `Global Presidential Committee` comprising of presidents and prime-ministers "only" from ALL nations and have this committee work closely with the UN and World Bank to come up with a new 1-year strategy to eliminate the most critical, sensitive issues faced by each nation. Such issues are but not limited to political, religious, economic and industrial areas. It is crucial to ensure members of this committee are restricted to presidents and prime ministers only to demonstrate - unison of leaders across all nations, and positive results achieved by working in unison and resolving their differences for the cause of global good. Unless the leaders unite and set an example, their individual subjects (people from all nations) cannot be expected to follow them or believe them.
Every nation across the world is suffering with some issue or another. Each nation is trying to work out solutions to these issues either on their own or by teaming up with a group of old allies and new allies. We cannot sideline the fact that issues pertaining to each nation are important for them but the risk of not working in unison may cause a ripple effect across the world to bring down the already ailing global economy. I believe, this has been evident from the recent incidents within stock markets, automobile industries (and who knows what comes next).
It goes without saying that unless the leaders of `all` nations unite, put forth their issues and immediate needs and find out ways to solve them at the earliest there cannot be any long-term and sustaining improvement within the global economy.
Perils of not working in unison are - say, if one particular nation or a group of nations are able to resolve their issues they may be introduced to new issues which could be a side-effect of issues borne from other un-related nations (in that situation both nations should not start pointing fingers at each other).

How to make it happen:

1. In order to convene `Global Presidential Committee` meeting, any one the presidents need to take initiative and get the ball rolling. Call on phone the presidents of other nations that he or she knows ask the other president to list up their most pressing issues, their possible resolutions, all types of hurdles faced to implement the resolutions (internal hurdles or external hurdles) and the time-line they expect to have resolutions in place. Prior to ending the telephone call confirm availability of the president to meet within next 7 days at a designated venue known to the presidents only. It is crucial that the Presidents only (and not their deputies) make the phone calls to convey sense of importance, sign of trust and plea for assistance. Finally ask the other president to repeat same exercise by calling other presidents that he or she knows.
With the advancement in mobile technology, with the authority at hand bestowed to any president and with a strong will to convene `Global Presidential Committee` within 7 days of the first phone call, this would not be it a challenging task to contact other presidents. (It is common knowledge that during acts of terrors presidents of each nation call each other on phone to express their sympathy and support).
By the end of 3rd day when the first phone call was made, ALL Presidents of all nations need to be called, the message conveyed (list issues, resolutions, hurdles and time lines for resolutions) and the meeting schedule to be confirmed
2. On the designated day of the meeting, all presidents need to meet (along with their prime-ministers) at the designated venue. Chief of UN needs to chair this meeting (Meeting Chairman - MC). The MC would ask each president to speak out on the hurdles they face that prevent them from implementing their resolutions, possible resolutions they have in mind and the expected time-lines for implementing the resolutions. If the resolutions require assistance from another nation in some form then MC to ask president of the respective nation to speak up whether they can assist or not. If they cannot assist then other president would be mandated to provide an alternate solution within 30 days following the meeting (it needs to be a realistic solution and not simply a `diplomatic diversion`, Meeting Chairman can judge this matter)
3. If any debate breaks out between the presidents or prime ministers the Chief of UN would have final authority to decide who is correct and who is not and stop the debate instantly ! In no case the entire meeting should be called off or moved to another date due to any reason.
4. `Global Presidential Committee` meeting should be completed within 1 day strictly. (In no case the `Global Presidential Committee` meeting should be moved to another day or time due to uncited reasons "because" the presidents are better off resolving their issues inside the meeting venue in presence of leaders of all nations. If need be, the meeting venue should be "locked" to ensure no president leaves the venue without arriving to a deadline for resolving issues of either their own nations or that of other fellow nations.)
5. Prior to closing the meeting, deadlines to enact resolutions for each nations should be summarized and read out aloud by the MC for the benefit of all presidents and to demonstrate full transparency among all participants. These deadlines are to be kept confidential and restricted within the presidents, prime ministers, Chief of UN and Chief of World Bank only. In no case the deadlines or any excerpts from the `Global Presidential Committee` should be conveyed to the media or any staff.
6. Same meeting needs to convene exactly 30 days after the first meeting with all same participants i.e. Presidents and Prime Ministers of every nation. In the next meeting same exercise needs to be followed by MC asking each president to speak upon their issues, possible resolutions, hurdles and expected time-lines to put resolutions in place. In addition each president is to provide latest status of the issue at hand and its current resolution. If the same president was mandated to provide alternate solution to another fellow nation then they will need to provide the alternate solution in the same meeting.
7. If any of the issues are found to be closed in the following meetings every month then `recording snippet` of the president speaking out on how the issue was closed, should be broadcast live across all kins of media at all nations i.e television, newspapers, magazines and other forms of media.
It is important that the recording snippet is not edited or interpreted in other form prior to releasing to the media.
Such committee meetings needs to be held every month for "an indefinite period in future" to discuss issues with perspective and participation of all nations thus ensuring survival, progress and healthy competition within each nation that form the new emerging world (post recession) !
