Please sign this petition with the intent of stopping Folsom State Parks from building a No Parking Guard Rail at the corner of Twin Rocks Road and Boulder Road. I am asking for an open public meeting to discuss this issue and will notify you via email should you wish to attend. The State Parks plan is to spend approximately $20,000 of your tax money to prevent you from parking in this area in hopes that you will purchase a $90 State Park Pass and enter one of the main gates. Please make your voice heard before it is too late. The State Parks Department and the local special interest group will be successful in taking away our established right to park on this County Property if we fail to act. They are in the process of eliminating all non-pay parking areas because of neighborhood complaints and funding cut-backs and we are paying for these closures with our tax dollars. It's time to make them accountable to all Tax Payers!
