Promote farfalle

These days there are scores of different types of pasta from which to choose. Not only are there now whole-wheat, gluten-free, and organic choices. There are also a wide variety of shapes available, such as rigatoni, vermicelli, fettuccine, and of course, farfalle (bow ties).

We have too many choices when it comes to selecting the perfect pasta. Why need supermarkets stock the shelves with so many shapes and sizes of pasta when, clearly, farfalle is all we need to prepare a delicious pasta dish?

Help us declare farfalle "the finest pasta shape in America". Hopefully, this declaration will encourage supermarkets and restaurants to promote the use of these dear little bow ties, and give them the recognition they so rightly deserve.
