Protect of Peace, Democracy, Sovereignty, and Fundamental human rights in Lebanon.

Mr. Secretary General,

Over the last few months, the Iranian-Syrian axis completed its bid for a hostile take-over of Lebanon, through Hezbollahs coup dйtat, which led to the appointing of PM Mikatis government, tasked with : (1) obstructing UNSCRs, the STL and International Law, (2) eradicating the Cedars Revolution, and (3) granting them full control, at gunpoint, over all of Lebanons political, military and security institutions, from the Presidency to the House, to the just-appointed Cabinet and on to the Armed forces.
We, pro-democracy majority of Lebanese, refuse to be ruled by the Iranian-Syrian axis and its proxy government, which constitutes the polar opposite of our hopes and aspirations, and is nothing more than a tool in Hezbollahs hands. Our nation and our identity, as well as our physical security and basic human rights are being assaulted and oppressed daily, leading the nation into its darkest era.
Lebanon's future is in imminent danger. Knowing full well that Hezbollahs appointed government will not implement any UNSCR resolution which is in conflict with its agenda, we urge you, Mr. Secretary, to take every possible measure and necessary action in order to secure the following:
1. The full and immediate implementation, under chapter 7 regulation, of UNSCR 1559, which is endorsed by the majority of the Lebanese people.
2. Expand the UNIFILs mission in order to secure all of Lebanons borders, to stop all illicit cross-borders movements, in terms of militants, arms, and cash transfers.
3. Establish an UN-led committee in Beirut to preserve the freedom and human rights of all Lebanese citizens and immediately report any breaches to prompt action from the international community.

As such, we the undersigned below, thank you for all your prior and present efforts, and hope you will give this letter your undivided attention. An unfulfilled UNSCR 1559 represents a clear and present danger to Lebanon, and an inherently virulent threat to peace and stability in the region
