Protect Property Rights in Laguna Beach

Dear Fellow Laguna Beach property owners:

We as property owners in Laguna Beach are seeing our property rights eroded by current City regulations and the officials who adopt and apply them. Pro-Laguna is a non-profit organization with its sole purpose to correct this trend by altering the philosophy of "no" by regulation to "yes" for
reasonable property improvement.

Our group, with your support, can make a difference. We ask your support in bringing constructive change to eroding property rights that come in many forms, including non-conforming structures, parking requirements, and excessive processing costs and time. We look to change the prevailing and justified perception that it has become too costly and nearly impossible to improve property in our charming city.
