Quota! whats there in it?

Quota a big question to be answered:

Are we still need quota system evena after 50 yrs of implementation?


What are the acivements of this quota system in this 50 yrs?


Does it have any issues in the quota system?


Why a quota system introduced?


When will the system will achieve saturation and be stopped? And will it be a system forever?


Why should the people appose the quota and speek for merit?


Whats the meaning of merit? and whats it scale?


Whats there to increase the no of seats and be allloted for the reserved?


Does they conserned on less infrastructure?


Are the people who now have merit cont be supported by themself or any other source of scholorship?


Can we spot the merit level as 99\% and above?


Answer for no infrastructure and staff/HR strength:


Ask all NRI and Indians abroad who had from our so called great institutions to come back for india and their earnings be drawn back to governmet treasury.


If they dont do volentryly, they should be forced by law and thier degrees and certificates should be withdrawn.


Also thier primary citizenship should be withdrawn.
