"I talked to Nissan Pavilion today and they only took name and number...as of yet no call back as to where to go for refund. This is highly unacceptable by such a profitable corporation. You have the resources to deal with situations like this."

"Drove from Richmond, VA took 5 hours. Had 3 Pit GA tickets. Offered lawn seats by Nissan to another performers show this summer or NJ lawn tickets to Radiohead."

"A one hour drive that took 4.5 hours! We were turned away at the gate after sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic in the pouring rain, only to find we had lost our money and our chance to see our favorite band!"
