After reading articles in newspapers, on the internet, and hearing about animal abuse cases on TV, we, the undersigned, that the penalty of animal abuse should be much more severe. A man in Wisconsin killed over 20 cats in a 5-year span, along with 3 dogs. He got 12 years in prison, and is up for probation. What makes you think he won't do it again when he gets out? The undersigned believe that the punishment should fit the crime: Murder.
