Re-Open Darkzone?

Dark Zone was an extremly large part of Winnipeg and when it suddenly closed people who were once addicted to this game were distraught. I am just gathering names to see if a team of committed people and myself were to get together and create a business plan to re-open Dark Zone if people would actually go to it.
