Due to the recent actions taken by the U.S. Government; in not regarding the will of the people and not abiding by the rules and regulations set forth by the Constitution of the United States; Do hereby request the governor of the great state of Oklahoma recall all Oklahoma National Guard troops and personnel. In doing so we are exercising our state sovereignty set forth by HJR1003 and the 10th amendment to the U. S. Constitution.If the governor of the state of Oklahoma does not honor the will of the people of Oklahoma; we request the Legislature to take action in this matter.
