Recall G.W. Bush

Congress, both the House of Representatives and the Senate, has a constitutional obligation to provide a check and balance over the executive branch of the United States. There are recent events that demand an investigation by Congress.
1. G.W. Bush ignored a memo on August 6, 2001 that stated an attack on the United States of America was imminent by terrorists. G.W Bush ignored the memo. 36 days later, terrorists hijacked 4 airplanes. 2 crashed into the twin towers of the World Trade Center and one crashed into the Pentagon. Close to 3,000 Americans were killed.
2. G.W. Bush stated that Iraq was an imminent threat to the security of the United States of America due to a Weapons of Mass Destruction program. Since invading Iraq on March 20, 2003 to this date, September 12, 2005, no such weapons have been found.
3. G.W. Bush stated that Iraq was connected to the terrorist attacks of the World Trade Towers and Pentagon as another justification for invading Iraq. To date, no such link exists.
4. 8.8 billion taxpayer dollars cannot be accounted for in Iraq.
5. G.w. Bush says he no longer thinks of Osama Bin Laden, the mastermind of the 9/11 attack.
6. G.W. Bush has yet to investigate the torture at Abu Ghraib using either an independent investigator or a bi-partisan panel. Congress has yet taken the initiative either as they continue to put Party before Country.
DOD Secretary Donald Rumsfeld has accepted responsibility. He's never been fired. Again G.W. Bush puts loyality before country.
7. The "course" in Iraq has not yet worked and continue to endanger the lives of United States service people. G. W. Bush would rather stay the course than look for an alternative plan that will bring security to Iraq, bring basic services to Iraq, and bring our Troops home.
8. Several contractors have ties to the Bush administration. Haliburton and it's subsidiaries have received an unprecedented amount of no bid contracts for rebuilding Iraq and now for rebuilding the Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina.
Bunnatine Greenhouse was fired from the Army Corps of Engineering for blowing the whistle on Haliburton. Haliburton continues to get no bid contracts, even though some accounting irregularities exist.
9. G.W. Bush has stated that he would fire anyone in the White House for leaking the information that exposed a covert CIA agent. G.W. Bush has flip flopped on this now that there's no doubt Karl Rove is the source for the leak. G.W. Bush now says if a crime has been committed, he'll fire the person. Obviously, G.W. Bush is not as committed to the security of the United States of America as he is to his "friends."
10. G.W. Bush showed how disconnected he is to the American people by his actions before, during, and immediately after Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast of the United States. Instead of cutting his vacation short and flying back to Washington D.C. to lead the country in the aftermath, Mr. Bush flew to Arizona on the day Katrina made land fall to eat cake and share laughs. Apparently Mr. Bush thought propagating his propaganda for Medicaid, sharing laughs, and eating cake were more important than the millions of people trying to survive and thousands of people dying from Katrina.

Mr. Bush then flew to California to speak about his war in Iraq. Mr. Bush also enjoyed playing guitar with country artist Mark Wills. Again showing that American lives are less important than his agenda and his obligation to live his life.
11. There is enough probable cause of large scale corruption in the G.W. Bush administration.
a.Inexperienced Bush cronies have been given positions in important Federal Agencies. The incompetence of some of these cronies was made evident by the Katrina disaster.
b. Contractors with connections to people in the Bush administration are given no bid contracts.
c.Industry is allowed to draft legislation, such as the energy bill, that disregards the real need of the people of the United States and financially benefits the oil companies. G.W Bush is tied to the oil industry.
to name a few.
But congress has not lived up to it's Constitutional obligation to investigate G.W. Bush for his lack of leadership, possible corruption, and not living up to the oath he swore as President of the United States. Congress would rather put the Republican Party before the welfare of the United States of America. Therefore, we the People of The United States of America demand a recall election of President George Walker Bush.
