Dear Judge Braslow:
I am writing this petition in order to have Padraic Teemsma's sentence reduced to 3-5 years instead of the 5 years to life he recieved. While Padraic has been in Prison he has completed 12 college courses and a computer repair course. He has shown the court he has changed and will continue to rebuild his life once he is released. Keeping Padraic in Prison any longer serves no purpose,and as tax payers we believe that probation is now in order. Padraic has admitted to his offense of selling cocaine, and knows what he did was against the law and plans to become a law abiding citizen once he is released.
