Reform 1st year Architecture at Westminster University

This a message from Ian Murphy - Course Leader from Architecture dept at Westminster University to all the 1st year students disappointed with teaching methods and tutors from the 1st year core modules.

"You will appreciate that we are just trying to get a feel for the scale of the alleged problem(s) and identify the key issues which need to be addressed. If, as you say, it is a widespread concern in First Year, starting at the beginning of the academic year, then time is of the essence.

If a meeting is not possible, and you still wish to organise a petition, I can assure you that all signatories will remain Anonymous. On-line names would be fine provided you are able to confirm that the individual students concerned have given their permission (return acceptance/confirmation e-mails etc). It is also important to clearly identify the issues - a general statement is not particularly helpful in this context.
