"It's 4 lanes wide, why lower the limit??? Traffic turning onto the new section won't suddenly cross 3 lanes in one go, unless they're muppets. Do a TV ad to show the correct lane etiquette turning onto a motorway instead. 4 lanes, that more than most Auto"
