As a citizen and taxpayer of Pennsylvania, I register my name on this Petition, to voice my extreme displeasure and dissatisfaction with the 2005 Pennsylvania Legislatures's Pay Raise, the secretive process used in passing the pay raise and the legislature's violation of the state constitution to provide for immediate pay increases rather than waiting until after the next election cycle as the state constitution dictates.
