Development) and further reject the approval of variance applications DAOC 2/2005, DAV 05-114260/D or other variance applications associated with this project for the following reasons: Lack of Consultation, Unsophisticated Development Plan, Traffic Congestion, Property Values, Community Values, Crime, Noise and Privacy Issues, Safety and Security, and no city representation.

I totally agree with the petition, because crime in this area is at an alltime high, e.g. brocken window, brocken window on vehicle and brocken in to car, water hosses droped off on other properties, old computers drop

We moved to windsor park to be in a quieter area. We love the close community here and feel safe raising our children in Windsor park. Adding more traffic and rental property only makes the streets more dangerous and lowers everyones property value.
