Director Napolitano,
We, the undersigned American citizens, have taken issue with your classification of anyone speaking out in defense of our Founding Documents, attending a Tea Party, or having a strong belief in the values and morals that have made our country strong, as possible candidates for right-wing extremism and/or radical activities.
We will not include phrases or excerpts from our Constitution, as we expect you, the person responsible for executing the duties of Director of Homeland Security, to not only be well-versed in our rights protected by the Constitution, but to also respect them. Copies of these documents can be found at any public library в we strongly urge you to not only study, but to abide by them.
We the people, will not tolerate any appointed/elected official in this or any future administration attacking the rights bestowed upon us by Providence and protected under the United States Constitution. Any future acts such as this will be met with nationwide calls for your removal as Director of Homeland Security.
Please be advised, We the People, will not accept an after the fact public apology, but respectfully request and expect a complete retraction of your report designating Americans exercising our rights as candidates for right-wing extremism and/or radical activities.
