Release a Sky Ferreira EP in Early 2011

This petition is addressed to record label EMI to release an EP (Extended Play) of songs by Sky Ferreira between February and March of 2011, because of THEIR decision to push back the release date of her debut album, which was originally supposed to be released on January 11, 2011 and now it is completely unknown when the album will be released.

Over the last three years, Sky Ferreira has made quite a name for herself between the young ages of 16-18, recording AT LEAST 17 songs, charting two different songs in the UK and US ("Obsession" peaking at number 37 and spending 8 weeks on the chart in the US), featured in numerous magazines including Nylon, Jalouse and Interveiw, and constantly praised by critics as one of the next big stars.

Us, the fans, who have been waiting for years, and years for this album are completely crushed by the news of the album delay and truly feel that Sky deserves to release an EP very, very soon, both for promotion, sales, her fans that have been following her for so long and most importantly for Sky herself to spread her art around the world.
