To those who do not know the Nike Air Max '87 (also know as the Air Max 1) was originally designed by Tinker Hatfield in 1987. The Nike Air Max 1 is the first in the Air Max collection, and was the first shoe created with a visible air bag.
For the past couple of years, Nike has been releasing retro versions of the classic Nike Air Max 1 in several colorways. While most of them have been great colorways. Nike has just scrapped one of the best-seen colorways of the Air Max 1 of late. The Air Max 1 colorway that was scrapped was for the Nike City projects. The Air Max 1 was for the City of Amsterdam.
This is a petition for the release(QuickStikre or a General Release) of the Scrapped Nike City Projects Amsterdam Air Max in the Orange /Hyper Blue - Maize colorway.(See picture links below). The release does not require the Amsterdam Logo on the back or the Crown located on the tongue of the shoes or insole shown in the pictures.
At this point, Nike has no future plans that we know of to release this colorway.
Please show your support and sign the petition. Without your signature, this colorway that would become a classic Air Max 1 colorway will never be made.
Please show your support and sign the petition today. Also, feel free to add any comments you feel would HELP get this colorway released.
