Relieve Roger Goodell of duties as NFL Commissioner

Based on the direction of National Football League Policy, as well as excessive and wildly inconsistent discipline throughout the league since his inception, we the fans respectfully request the resignation and/or termination of one Roger Goodell as NFL Commissioner.
Mr. Goodell's efforts to protect players, while appreciated and understood, has become little more than a public relations move through the eyes of the fans. The belief that professional football is, or can become a safe, injury free game is a grossly unrealistic viewpoint, and one which the Commissioner has used to support an agenda that's crippling the league and alienating it's fans. Commissioner Goodell speaks about player safety with conviction, then, in his next breath not only endorses, but champions the idea of an 18 game season. We the fans state here and now the hypocrisy must end.
We the fans, as financial supporters of the NFL are disgusted by the continuing deterioration of the sport we love. Mr. Goodell has proven too far removed from the realities of the National Football League to be permitted to continue in his current role.
Once again, we respectfully request Mr. Roger Goodell's resignation and/or termination as National Football League Commissioner.
