Remove et_beach from OpenCup 05

We dont want et_beach! Granted ClanBase gave us the opportunity to vote for the map ourselves, however the actual vote was never publicised. Only the people who checked back constantly had any idea of its existence, and out of over 1800 clan members signed up only 300 voted. With et_beach winning by only 20 votes.

To me this is not conclusive and a big mistake, et_beach is unplayable in ET. Not only that but its a map weve played constantly for 5 years, were simply bored of it.
