Dear Mr. Fay:

In accordance with Section 2.4 of Colecroft Station Condominium Bylaws, we request a Special Meeting with the following parameters:
Time and place: 3:30 PM in the Colecroft Station Condominium Community Room
Date: Sunday April 6, 2008
Purposes: in accordance with Section 3.5 of Colecroft Station Condominium Bylaws, to remove director Richard Calderon from the Association Board of Directors with a Majority Vote [a simple majority of more than fifty percent according to Bylaws section 1.3(f)] and a successor may then in and there be elected to fill the vacancy thus created.
This Special Meeting request is delivered to the attention of the Board Secretary.According to the October 5, 2007 letter from Diane Tschirhart, this correspondence addressed to the Association Board will be delivered to the Association Board, which includes Mr. Richard Calderon providing notice.

We, the undersigned owners, hereby constitute, instruct and appoint the Board Secretary as the true and lawful voting representative, attorney-in-fact proxy and stead for the undersigned and the undersigneds Condominium unit to cast our ballots to remove Richard Calderon from the Board of Directors at the April 6, 2008 Special Meeting.

Notice has been hereby provided with the required seven days.
