When you first meet Tuvok, it doesn't take you long to realise that those seconds, or minutes (if you happen to be so unlucky) will never be given back to you.
With every Tuvok encounter that does happen, someone out there dies a little inside. They lose a little more faith in humanity. This has to stop.
Although it is illegal to remove i.e. murder someone, the best we can do is hope that he is removed from Nagrand. Perhaps moved to his own server, where he can no longer interact with other people, and inflict his down syndrome like harm upon them.
