Removial Of James Rakowski From Grosse Pointe South

Remove Mr. James Rakowski from Grosse Pointe South High School.

















He is not a very good teacher for the level of math he teaches. Number one, he doesnt give/ explain the lesson, makes you read the chapter. That is not the best way to teach math. Also look at the class averages. 67, 77, and 80 thats very low for Grosse Pointe schools. Student that got a A in algebra 1 should not drop down to a c or d. Overall, he is not a great teacher for high school math, maybe middle school yes but no way high school. So my supporters and I beg you to remove him from the school. Not many people think fondly of him. This should with out a doubt stand out in the minds of the school board. Maybe you should look at the grades students get in his class, and compare them to other teachers of the same stuff generally they will be lower. So to conclude, I hope you take the opinions we expressed to heart and re-think the decision of having him teach here,
