Repeal of Assigned Parking

As you are certainly well aware of, the assigned parking system left many students with blank stares on their faces. The system does not seem to have been thought through, to say the least, and it is very unorganized (for example, the parking lot diagram students received was numbered incorrectly). Worst of all, there arent enough parking spots for everyone. Therefore the creator of this petition proposes that the assigned parking system be temporarily suspended until it can be revised, or gotten rid of.

Parking near the same person every day can be a problem. Would you like to be stuck next to somebody who cant keep his car between the yellow lines? How about being stuck next to somebody with a van that you wouldnt be able to see around when you try to pull out of your spot? Its not fair to everybody, but it very well could be with some more thought.

For your own sake, avoid these problems. Signing this petition couldnt hurt you, and you would be doing a great benefit for students who unluckily did not receive a spot or whose spot gets flooded or frozen over every time it rains.
