Restore Coughlan666 and Fix the Youtube Flagging System

We believe that the Youtube Channel Coughlan666 was falsely flagged and censored for the video "Internet Pornography: The Statistics", and that the Youtube channel Coughlan666 has been the repeated target of false DMCA's and further false flagging. As a result, the Coughlan666 channel has been permanently banned. Many other channels have unjustly have had videos removed, been suspended, or have had their channels completely removed due to these malicious and often illegal tactics. We believe these tactics to be a violation of the Free Speech that Youtube claims to fully support, and therefore we demand that Youtube immediately reinstate the Coughlan666 channel, as well as remove any strikes against his account. We also believe that it is in the best interest of Youtube to prevent further abuses of the system. We suggest Youtube take the following measures to avoid abuses of the flagging system:
1. If someone wishes to flag a video, they must fill out a brief form citing the timestamp at which the violation occurred, and why they felt it was a violation.
2. If a channel is to be given a strike, suspended, or banned, a specific citation of what was violated within the terms of service should be given to the channel owner to ensure that a violation did in fact occur, and so that such violations can be avoided in the future.
3. If the video in question did not violate the Terms of Service, the user should be given a direct means to appeal the decision by citing why the video in question did not violate the Terms of Service.

If the users of YouTube were to all dislike a video such as the one that got Coughlan banned, showing distaste at its contents, there would be your reason to take it down. The users of YouTube are becoming sick of the ridiculous censorship YouTube employs
