"Putting K-9 Vinnie in a kennel until you hire and train a new handler is most upsetting. That is punishment for Vinnie, as well as for Sgt. Griner. Why not let Sgt. Griner keep Vinnie while he awaits his new handler. That way he would not lose his skills,"
