Return Stolen Lakota Gold

Each day, the u.s. government remains in violation of international laws, Article VI of their U.S. Constitution, and the 1851 Treaty of Fort Laramie, by continuing to possess stolen property Black Hills gold from the Sacred Black Mountain Region which belong to the Lakota Sioux and 1851 Treaty of Fort Laramie Signatory Indigenous Red "Indian" Nations, whose homelands include the Sacred Black Mountains (misnomer Black Hills, SD).
Over nine trillion dollars ($9,000,000,000,000) worth of stolen Black Hills gold, belonging to the Lakota through the 1851 Treaty (ratified by U.S. congress in 1853; Lakota Deed to Land) sits illegally in places like Fort Knox, while the Lakota people remain impoverished, oppressed, and under occupation, with their nationhood disrespected, ignored, and denied by u.s. government officials.
The u.s. governments dollar is no longer based on the gold standard yet the dollar is considered the dominant currency of the world. Government officials continue to diminish golds importance in the global economy. Aside from the fact that the gold is, in fact, stolen property and must be returned at once to its sole and original owners on that merit, the u.s. government has admitted and continuously demonstrates that gold no longer has any monetary value or purpose in its system.
We, the undersigned, demand the u.s. government immediately return the stolen gold to the Lakota and 1851 Signatory Indigenous Red Nations for proper reburial in their Sacred Black Mountains upon 1851 Treaty of Fort Laramie Homelands.
