Revelation of our position & requisition of open house meet from 2007 and 2008 UST-Global recruits :



I hereby had written this petition in order to reveal the situation in accordance to the recent developments happening to us in joining with the company.



We believe that we were given the offer by UST Global with great honor and we really deem that we clinched this offer from you by showing sheer good performance and facing stiff competition from our counterparts .Its a great honor to us and it rejoiced us. But the recent developments really bring some sort of distaste in our career.



We really welcome USTGs idea of offering an employment with Sutherland Global Services and really its a warm move. However, we would be very pleased to join USTG and we had given up nearly 1 years in waiting to join USTG in January 2009 already. Please take all our concerns and kindly re-consider the latest decision taken by USTG and bring our career in line. We would abide in all the amendments made by USTG, if USTG makes any amendments on it.



We clearly understand the economic situation precisely and its implications on the company and economy .But in the contrary we really need to point that we are badly positioned in our career prospects and it will be displeasing to start our formal career in the state of this distressed condition. We waited for you for a very long time and the recent developments takes a toll on us and we are unable to react on the recent developments.



It is dis-appointing to see that our counterparts had joined the company already and its unfortunate to see that we are left out with great intervals in induction time. We feel that our hands are bare.



We would like to end this mail by greatly emphasizing on our stance that we people need to meet you to put forward our condition and give us a chance to tell our circumstances in person. We would like to have an interactive session with you very soon to present all your queries before you and give us a date to meet the USTG officials. We would be very pleased with you.
