Umnitza has provided sub-standard service and customer support that is down right hostile in nature. The company has hidden behind their Supporting Vendor title and manipulated the moderators and admins into coving up for their mistakes and lies. They disgrace and embarrass all others who carry the Supporting Vendor title.
The forum community as a whole is weakened by Umnitzas presence. The community is also damaged when it is not allowed to freely express its ideas, experiences and personal opinions about companies, products, sellers or vendors. For the above reasons we respectfully ask that Umnitza's Supporting Vendor status be revoked.
