Section 202 of the Saginaw Charter Township states that no more than two unrelated persons can rent a home togehter in Saginaw Township. This is a violation of our rights as American citizens, and residents of Saginaw Township.
1. The government should not be allowed to change the definition of the word "family" just to better suit their needs.
2. Saginaw is a college town, and the campus can only house 18% of growing student body. Where is everyone else supposed to go?
3. This law was never put to a public vote, devastating Saginaw homeowners that rent to college students, and students that can not find another place to live.
Saginaw Township is wrongfully discriminating against college students.
