FOR THE RECORD, now comes Members of the public, in the above captioned case, in interest of the people and the Community in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas. It is our wish that all previously assumed, applied, and demanded interest, opinions and findings of the public in the above captioned case become void hereafter.




We the people believe that it is in our best interest, and act accordingly to Petition the Courts including this Court, to exercise public duty under community obligation, and take action against those officers of this court, in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas, who have caused or may continue to cause injury to Steven Stephens and Bartholomew Stephens, being two of the People and a part of the general public.




We find it is the general welfare of the public and our separate, individual, joined, and compounding interest, that the pending charges in relation to Steven Stephens and Bartholomew Stephens be arrested, dismissed, and officially dissolved from the record. This is a public matter under public law and shall be considered our public necessity and convenience publici juris.
