This is a petition for a Fed-wide draft, to reshuffle every ringer in a 'major' fedeartion in Ring-Wars.
Why are we suggesting this? Some people only play with people they like, people they've been in federation and stables with for a long time, this draft will scramble the majority of ringers (Commissioners will be allowed one or two 'protected' ringers)
