Rogers has been planning on setting caps on the bandwidth usage of its High-Speed Internet Users, Sympatico has already capped theirs. There should be no capping on either online services. We pay enough as it is already. If these monopolizing companies continue to push us around we will have to find other means of connecting to the internet.
