Sack the Judge who sympathised with a child rapist and let him walk free.

This Petition is asking for your support to sack the Judge (Gareth Hawkesworth) who, according to the Sun newspaper, Wednesday 4th July 2012, refused to pass a custodial sentence on a 14 year old boy, who RAPED a 5 year old girl he was baby-sitting. He justified his decision by claiming it was not the boy's fault, since "It was the fault of the world and society". The Judge said (and I quote from the Sun's article), “I believe you have become sexualised by your exposure to and the corruption of pornography. This delusional Judge clearly thinks that, just because someone watches "excessive" porn, that this is a justification for raping a child. If that is true, then all any future child-rapist has to say, is that they are addicted to porn and they will walk free, as this case sets the benchmark for any trials of this nature. If YOU think this is fine, then don't sign this Petition; if, however, you feel that this Judge simply cannot go unpunished for such a ludicrous miscarriage of justice, then PLEASE SIGN.
