Samsung Moment Defects/Sprint wireless

Sprint Wireless and Samsung's samsung moment cell phone, seeking classaction,recall on phone, also seeking lost time dealing with sprint/samsung and damages for families that had members hurt and unable to call out.

Sprints reply to my post the have removed 3 of my post about the Samsung moment 2.1 that sprint sold then sidelined do to problems with phone. not to mention countless other people across the USA.

1.DATA LOCK UPS AND PHONE WONT WORK
2. E911 LOCKS UP HAVE TO PULL BATTERY TO RESET PHONE
3. RANDOM REBOOTS OF PHONE.
4. OVERHEATS WHEN SCREEN ON FULL BRIGHTNESS AND CHARGING AND TURNS OFF
5. NO 2.2 FROYO UPDATE OFFERED FOR PHONE DISCONTINUED.
6. charging port defect
7. THEY OFFER DOWNGRADED PHONE TO REPLACE YOUR PHONE cdma Hero by sprint
slower processor and no slide out keyboard


"Sprint contract states they replace the phone with a comparable phone and cost of original equipment purchase."

Check the sprint Samsung moment forums about everyone problems with phone sprint polls on site show 87\% complaint still not resolved.

They offer an accelerated upgrade if you want to pay for a new phone or you can claim on insurance if you took it on the phone at time of purchase.

This is still while mine is still under the Sprint and Samsung 1year warranty.

They fail to fix the phone,downgrade,or youhavepay for new phone or claim on insurance. Sprint knows there are multiple issues with the phone.
If sprint know it has defects and tells customer to claim on insurance is that not fraud if still under 1 year warranty in store.



Show reckless disregard for customer safety do to E911,desceptive trade practices and services. How many people have this phone and are still unable to call 911 and how many families have had members of family hurt or in car accidents or other emergencies and it would not work.

We need to starrt class action lawsuit about this phone
locksup trying to call 911 and nothing but problems from
charging port goes bad data lock ups over heats and random
reboots..
I"ve been though 2 already and sprint says they nothing
wrong this Is BS. that Downgrade your phone to try to cover
their own butts. It all over the WEB i have records
conversation with sprint and samsung that stated that is why
the sideline the phone and no longer issue it.
They offer early upgrade to cover there butts too. I should we
have to pay for the fault equipment and the **** service of the
phone.

Tried of **** tech blaming battery and port..
Take this to Level 3 tech Samsung moment is **** and sprint
knows it just look and polls and Post on website.
