Signing this petition indicates that you are happy with the quality of service you have been receiving from Blizzard Europe whilst playing World of Warcraft on the european servers.
You have not experienced more downtime than can reasonably be expected on the game servers, login servers, web server, nor high latency that can't be attributed to your internet connection, on a regular basis. The European WoW servers are machines and thus haven't explained what technical issues are occuring and an estimated time for repair, but you have been given free playing days when downtimes were too long. You haven't experienced downtime for more than 5 hours, at least not more than once or twice. And you are aware that this may differ a little on overpopulated servers, but that's why these are called "overpopulated".
