We, the undersigned residents and owners of property fronting or abutting Little Nicholson st,


Abbotsford within the City of Yarra demand that the Mayor and council of the City of Yarra


grant our ultimatum as set out below.





1. Any proposed development of Denton Hat Factory site must be abandoned immediately.





2.Any proposed development of Little Nicholoson st (aka: our cricket pitch) must be


abandoned immediately.





Failure to comply with these reasonable & just requests will be viewed as an act of war &


sufficient provocation for the armed occupation and defense of the Denton Hat Factory.


Pending cooperation, we, the undersigned residents support the proposed application.

We, although not necessarily residing in the direct region of the Denton Hat Factory,


support the demands of the CRFDH and their retaliation proposal in the event that their


demands are ignored
