Save Hudson Gardens: Get Sammy Montonya Out!

Dear Concerned Residents of Hudson Gardens,

Mr. Sammy Montonya is our current manager, and he has been the worst manager we've had to date. Please read and sign a petition to get Sammy Montonya OUT of our community. Our goal is to get 100 signatures, which we will then send to City Hall & the head of Jersey City's Housing Authority. Since Mr. Montonya has taken control, the crime rate of our community has gone up, the police are constantly here due to fighting, people are smoking weed in our kids' playground and our hallways, and we can't even park in our own lot, due to heavy restrictions.

Please pass this page along to your neighbors. Summer is coming up and things are only getting worse. JUST BECAUSE WE LIVE IN "THE PROJECTS", DOESN'T MEAN WE HAVE TO LIVE LIKE IT!!! Everyone is talking about it, but no one seems to be doing anything about it. We have to unite & do what's best for us, and more importantly: OUR CHILDREN.
