The Buszy is threatened with losing its premises licence because a few residents in Loughton have complained about noise from our monthly music events.
ALL profits raised from our events funds our activities for children & young people. This includes disability youth groups, holiday schemes & weekly activities for all children & young people.
The Buszy is not just about young people. Lots of other community organisations use our facilities which include a fitness studio & music studio. The Buszy is also the only independent music & entertainment venue in Central Milton Keynes.
If we lose our licence we will have to reduce our activities for children & young people & we will have difficulty keeping the building open. It will also impact on the local economy as we will have to reduce our workforce.
