Aloha UH Students, Faculty, and Community Members,
Former UH System President Evan Dobelle, decided that UH needed to be "re-branded", including a young, fresh, sexy new logo for the whole system. Apparently he thought a new logo would breath new life into the UH system (I guess wooing world-class faculty at reasonable salaries just didnt occur to him). His first attempts were met with such disapproval that he was forced to abandon the project. Now the BOR is trying to finish the project and the latest 6 offerings are downright dismal. These are not fresh, young, or sexy. The current UH logo (our crest) is far more impressive and attractive than anything we have been shown to date. Please show your campus pride and help save our current logo!
