We are aware of the lawsuit filed by the City of Santa Clarita on May 17, 2005, to remove a baseball field that was placed on private property in the Circle J Ranch area. To date, this action has cost the taxpayers of Santa Clarita over $100,000.00 to prosecute. This is ridiculous. Please save your money and spend it in more vital areas. After all, this is just grass. Please stop your wasteful spending! Let the field stand! It is good for the kids and good for the City of Santa Clarita.
