"President Lilly-Baylor is not the only university with a close or even same symbol as another school. Tradition is very important to many people. If the problem was that serious it would have been addressed before now. The two schools are on opposite ends"

"I am a 1978 graduate and a lifetime alumni member. No one has ever confused me or anything I wear or display as representing Boston U. Please do not change the interlocking BU. Please keep it as one of our treasured traditions. Best Regards"
